I hope I'm wrong, because I would prefer a transformation into a bull, but if you look at the signs on the masks, there is a ring with four lines pointing downwards (like a cow's udder) which transforms them into a cow and it is the ring sign with a pair of half-moon horns which transforms them into a bull.
