Cyan can alter their form entirely at will. Cyan can be anything provided they have made contact with said thing at some point, or is at least influenced enough to become said thing.
Their tag, "VC1", stands for "Viral Contagion 1". This is in part due to their tongue almost always being contagious regardless of intent. Most Oblings are classified as "PC#" or "Potential Contagion #".
They are the only one who's eyes aren't fully blue.
