Agun-Garuda was the Southeast Asia Robot entry stolen from the World Expo by the Iron Alliance in Episode one, but entered combat in the 3rd Episode of Super Robot Red Baron - "Trump Card: Android X".
History
At the Iron Alliance base, Dr. Deviler set is next plan in motion as he builds and Android of the late Dr. Kenichiro Kurenai (what a way to spoiled the reveal in the first 3 minutes of the Episode) and sends him for the next operation, Tokyo Victory. A bit later, SSI is following the trail of a UFO, which then attacks Mari and Ken; the latter tries to divert the golden craft's attention while the others fired at it with their armed vehicles. Agun-Garuda then appears and the UFO connects to its torso, revealing to be a component of the Mecha.
Ken calls for Red Baron and battles Agun-Garuda, while Mari follows the Radio signals to a work site; she is discovered and ambushed by Robot Soldiers, but her SSI allies come to her aid to even the odds, with Inspector Kumano providing cover fire for them. With the situation turning against them, the Iron Command and Agun-Garudo retreat, but not before Mari captures a photo of the assailants, who happens to be Kenichiro. At base, Ken comes to learn what had transpired but has a hard time believing it, vividly remembering his brother been killed with an explosive device attached to his neck. Ken heads to the hill where Kenichiro died and is he startled by a woman who gives him a note taking him to where his brother is, but not before been spotted by Mari, who warns the others.
Ken meets his brother in the woods, though suspect he is still under control. Kenichiro demands Ken he gives Red Baron to him, otherwise he'll be executed, after he refuses, Ken is ambushed by the Robot Soldiers, while Kenichiro and the Woman run away as Daigo and the SSI members arrived to rescue Ken, but soon, Agun-Garuda reappears.
Ken calls for Red Baron once more for Round Two and the Mechas battle; Baron fires a Baron Punch, then takes a couple of Punches. The two take to the Air, where Agun-Garuda detaches, smashing its components on to Baron, forcing it to crash, taking its chance to kick the hero down, but a few missile attacks from the SSI distracts it, allowing Baron to get back on its feet. Baron is still out maneuver by the Flying Breast plate gunnery, however, Ken notices what seems to be the control unit of the Robot, located on the lower neck, which would generally be covered by the Flying Breast Plate: acting fast, Ken fires Elec-Trigger to that spot, essentially decommissioning the Mecha and taking it out of the fight for good.
The Victory is however brief, as from the Sun Setting horizon, the Hiryu, one of the stolen Mechas from the Expo, enters into the fray to challenge Red Baron, with Deviler himself contacting Ken that Kenichiro is personally piloting it, ending the Episode.
