Coming from Kanto, this Vulpix known as Pixie Stellaris has a reputation... Of being a complete nuisance in the form of a prankster illusionist... Pranks tend to be harmless, but she is known for using illusions to make coffee with caffeine in it taste like decaf... Or just mess with gravity. ... That's not to say she doesn't use the classic non-illusion based pranks though. ... Although for some reason she finds major enjoyment in messing with other vulpixes.
