The one who underwent the same ritual beside the Weavile hybrid price, Xigil. Yaru is not of Royal Blood, which was ultimately a big part of why Xigil chose her as a retainer after seeing her skills in and out of combat, and being one of the few folks he was very familiar with outside the royal palace. Yaru respects Xigil for choosing her over others and his power in battle, but often doesn't like how he behaves in front of her. When she's on her own however, she can be just as mischievous as the Weavile, but is typically more coy and reserved.

Xigil and Yaru are linked with a spiritual bond in their Ankh marks, and tend to become weaker if/while something is befalling the other. Yaru would probably no longer serve as a bodyguard for Xigil if not for this, but she would still maintain relations with him as the two are quite the fish out of water in a new time period. Yaru is capable of great feats of strength and possesses more raw power than Xigil, but significantly fewer Shadow abilities. She does have the same shadow limbs though, and when the pair is in sync, they are at their most dangerous.
