And, of course, Jr. Troopa from Paper Mario
Jr. Troopa was born far different than the other koopas. Where most came into the world with loving parents he came into one where, for whatever reason, he was forced to strike out on his own on an endless quest to prove that he was more than just the typical, koopa kid.
Those who have played Paper Mario should remember how determined this little fellow was to show Mario who was boss. Unfortunately, he just never caught a break. Well, unless you count the number of times he got cracked over the head with Mario's hammer.
So, beyond Paper Mario, Jr. Troopa still strikes out to prove himself. Somehow managing to hold onto the very egg he hatched from. Perhaps he finds security in it? Or, maybe, he refuses to cast it aside until he has truly proven himself.
Well, one day while out on his quest, he happened to meet up with a few curious kids about his age and, well...

<LoL!> I actually thought of that as an alternate ending. Where everyone would show off how there really was a brand of "Eggshell Diapers".
On a funny note, if that is what he is really in the game. It'd be so cute to see him trying to cover it up throughout the game. Plus, the scene where he swims across the ocean twice to fight Mario would be cute as he'd jump out and *flop* secret revealed. Fight over. :)
