Day 500 - February 16th, 2742

500 fucking days. Honestly with how things were going at the start I wasn't sure I was even going to last 50, yet along fucking 500.

Well, at least I can say that things appear more hopeful this time around. My early days I just did what I had to for survival, not knowing if I was waking up the next day. Now I have some purpose. A cause to fight for. People that can count on me.

Its nice, but I won't forget what it took to get here, and how such a metric would be vastly different for Lily. However, there is a path forward for us both. And I hope that we are able to see it through.

We've each fought hard to get where we are now, and certainly there is more to come, but I suppose in order to find the peace we desire, we gotta be willing to fight for it.

Fuck, I can hear Mayor Ariel saying something like that. But maybe that's not a bad person for things to rub off on me for.

Prices weren't terrible though. Restocked and off we went.
