Shuten (or Shiten, Sh'ten) Doji finally gets a moment of peace when he begins to follow his true path.
A little tribute to one of my favorite characters from an anime I was absolutely obsessed with in my youth: Yoroiden Samurai Troopers/Ronin Warriors! I just finished rewatching through it and although it's no longer my obsession, it will always hold a special place in my heart. Ryo of the Wildfire always gets the spotlight as the leader of the Samurai Troopers, but it's time Shuten (Anubis in the dub) takes center field -- he deserves it. I love him and his story arc. So this one's for you, Shuten -- Kaos (the Ancient One) would be proud!
