Kiran is a 24 year old (kantonian) vulpix living anywhere (here being the sonic world). He travels with Roza usually. He has the powers of a vulpix (kantonian). He can use items and common sonic techniques. The announcement of the sonic racing crossworlds event had caught his attention (eggman expo had him curious). Some tracks he may use a measure of reflexes. At times, he may try something flashy (despite roza not having much interest in it).
