Life is tough, and very stressful, and you just need a break sometimes. Being outside perhaps can be a good way to calm things down, and when you're changing forms as much as I am, sometimes you need to just be a bit more of a "part of your environment". I took a little break from life and just headed down to the pond as a frog. It's just so much more simple hopping around and croaking. No worries.
Also, flies now taste pretty good when your taste buds have changed to match your new form!
