Having gotten her hands on ancient biological materials for an extinct breed of regal chao, Rouge has it cloned and offers herself up to be the one who brings the long extinct species back, or at least, its gold encrusted eggshell.

Despite riding the high of a massive check from being part of the program, Rouge quickly realizes that rapidly gestating an egg that’s nearly the size of your head will come with some drawbacks. In short, she’s feeling miserable at this point. But our favorite thieving bat need lot worry, a familiar AI has been installed in the station, and tends to the needs of all participants. Having a frenemy to talk to does indeed help Rouge feel more comfortable in this foreign environment where she’s the only flesh and blood mobian around.

Now, all Rouge needs is a new outfit, some mayonnaise, and preparations to lay the most important egg in the galaxy, which will surely be sold to the highest bidder when it’s out.
