A rare, out of print book on Maya Hieroglyphics from my mom for my birthday. The book cost $60, and I do have a hobby of studying and researching ancient history, mostly egypt, babylon, sumerian, aztec and mayan cultures. Thought I would share this possession of mine.

Wow! That's really a GREAT GIFT from your mother!! That really sounds like a great hobby, you really get to learn a lot about the development of society of today by studying the past cultures of egypt, rome, and of the aztecs.
