Oh man, that's a fantastic take on a Steel Defender. I ran a kobold Artificer on a public 5e server who's Defender was modeled after a Guard Drake. Guessing Parriquaz's rocking Crossbow Expert + Sharpshooter?

I ran Kessel Srica with a cowboy kobold gimmick from level 2 to 10 on that server, and man, Artificer with those feats and Pack Tactics melts things. Is your GM letting you slap a shield onto D34THCL4W?
