This is a manual upscale of the hugging dragon emoji, made by tracing the original (I had a 128x128) and the n fiddling with the paths in inkscape until they looked right. The export is at 512x512 but I also have an svg version (that I can't upload to FA unfortunately).

If you know who made the original please let me know that seems to be lost knowledge.
