I drew this city last summer and never really did anything with it. Presumably if I had, it would have contained some manner of giant monster breaking things. For the sake of completion I have substituted a pichu that I had lying around for said nonexistent monster.
Then I said "screw that" and made a second version that's shaded really neat.
