Charlotte is a character I've built to hate, and yet I still like drawing her, only because she is the one version of every girl that was ever mean to me..

It sounds odd, but I had to use that for the reason she has to be that one girl that people do hate, the one girl people worry about, still she was fun to draw, always is x3

Anyways, the background is awful, she's meant to be ditching class to smoke and deface her uniform, but meh x3
