tuppers, sometimes called dream condors or devil condors, are enemy dreamers found only in certain vast, mountainous areas of onait woods from toy kingdom. they typically attack by flyin' and launchin' themselves at the party like an arrow or dart. their stats are 142 HP, 7 Attack, and 0 defence. after rockwell's defeat, they appear as NPCs in onait woods. In the later chapters, they are NPCs found in funky town, servin' as special guardians in various structures. their attacks in the board bullet include launching themselves at the player's soul while flyin', using a terrible chant that deals 4 HP damage to the duo, and summoning tornadoes in the board bullet. they are extremely arrogant and somewhat narcissistic. in the anomalous route, they are the ones who launch surprise attacks on the party, considering them dangerous. However, they are defeated by the party violence and killed in the process. in the post-anomalous route, these dreamers are found in the second area of ​​the olde graveyard, their bodies already reduced to dust and buried. they are dreamers with a form similar to that of a devilness condor. they possess a rogue eye, dark feathers and body, devil/bat wings, long legs, a devilish tail, and a red spot on their beak. they also have a red zigzag stripe in their neck, similar to other dream avians. they can reproduce like a condor, and their diet consists of dream bugs or small dreamers. their name possibly comes from "topper," referrin' to their flight range. their behavior is also similar to a toy dart, even in their design, so they could also be an imitation/dreamification of one.
