Scale Neya Sheet [Additional Info in Desc.]
"Aw, did I step on you? I'm so sorry!...Actually, No I'm not! Hahaha!"
With the multiverse at her beck and call and leisure, Neya can stumble upon various other dimensions and she's found each and every other multiverse she's visited since developing her ability, there's one constant which is: Every universe harbors a version of her. Neya variant's do not possess the same power as the Prime Neya (as other Neya's call her.) Of course you'd think that if the multiverse is never-ending and infinite, then Neya is bound to come across another her with the ability, or a different person that harbors the ability that's not Neya, but the multiverse is a very...complex thing and Neya has not come across anyone with the same multiversal travelling ability.
One Neya that she came across after developing her ability was Scale Neya. They don't actually call her that, but it is her designation. You'd think a name like 'Scale Neya' might mean she's not a sheep and a creature with scales, but the scale in this context is size based. Since all other Neya's don't share Prime's ability, Scale would have a different one.
As it says in her character sheet, she can emit blue mist/smoke from her mouth and once it envelopes a target, she can shrink them down to any size she wants. Can she grow her victims back to normal height? It's unclear, but she seemingly loves to collect pets in her universe, she loves 'toying' with them figuratively and literally. Anytime one pops out of line, well, she has a very specific set of thumbtacks she can use to make examples out of disobedient pets, but she can do worse...SO much worse. Every other Neya are all equally vicious and are capable of doing awful things to people, and most the time it's not even them doing it for enjoyment and just because they really don't care and have no qualms hurting people to get what they want...but Scale...She has a bit of a huge sadistic side to what she does with her pets. (Pun not intended.)
The reason her favorite song is unknown is because I really couldn't think of one for that she'd enjoy, and one may think it's the same song as prime Neya's but I don't think it would be but who knows for sure! And yes, her design is based on a ruler, which honestly reaaaallly sucks to draw over and over again but I don't care. She's my favorite I've designed so far, and yes she is very much a guilty pleasure for me to draw because, y'know?
