S.O.U.C.I (Speech Operated Universal Computer Intelligence) is the robot sidekick of Sebastian.
She is designed to help Sebastian on missions.

In the reboot, she has a holographic disguise as a young white bear.
Cubbi meets her one day and begins to fall in love with her, not knowing she’s a robot.
She later tells him, but Cubbi doesn’t care because he’s in love with her.
