So here's what I have so far (pardon my crappy writing I am sick atm) : She's from a Vault where their experiment was hybrid snake human species. The first set of humans who entered the vault were injected with the gene. Some died, some lived.. but the ones who lived carried on to repopulate with more snake people. Fast forward to her time and Viper is born.. but her mutation allows her to shapeshift. Sometimes based off of her emotion, sometimes randomly. Their was some sort of genetic error with her so she's not as physically strong or agile as her vault mates. Eventually she escapes her vault and ends up in New Vegas working at the Tops (still working out the specifics on that).
Sorry if that description seems thrown together, she's just an oc i use to roleplay with alongside my husbands courier. I plan on making art of her and them in the future, as well as expand on her lore a bit.
