This is definitely an odd one. This character has quite a history being related to some comic while being loosely associated with Vimhomeless' Mrs. Mayhem. From what I remember it was something like the person didn't like the direction Vim was taking the character so they altered the design and made it and oc to keep the themeing of the character. They have a lot of fanart of this character drawn by a lot of talented people. I can't remember the name of this character but that's the story behind it at least. This is a genderbent version of that character.
