This is a YCH piece by Xefri, showing Quirk the Protogen with one damaged arm, and a diagnostic connection to his spine. Given that Quirk is both violent and careless, this is not an unexpected situation.
There are six versions of this, with him unclothed, with skirt, and also with a top, and each of these have background/no background versions. This one, with the full rubber skirt and top is my favourite, and I went with the no-background version because Xefri already posted the version with.
