Eiris isn't really a gamer a girl. Sure, she will try hard to be good at it, yet videogames just isn't her favorite activity by any means. Preferring things that are more... physical, rather than digital.
However, what she really likes is spending time with Alen. He's not the most social guy, so it might be hard to bring him to the party or some kind of public event. And if he detached himself from reality and spends his time playing videogames, and that's the easy way to get a bit more in touch - so be it. She'll play with him. Maybe afterwards, he'll be more willing to play some... other games, that are more of her own preferrence.
