A year ago, 
Hermux and I were talking about time travel and reality shifts and all sorts of ways to screw with a character's head. And also fat characters. What emerged from that discussion was a challenge.
Write a story where:
1. Emmet is getting progressively fatter.
2. Emmet is shifting into realities where his "current size" is what is normal for him (i.e. the past is being altered).
What I came up with is perhaps not a conventional time travel story. Welcome to the world of Project TELEOS, and a sticky situation involving a sugary treat.
