This is my entry into the Sexy fish contest held by Sirfy.
Inspired by two different varieties of lion-fish (Red Lionfish, & Clear Spotfin Lionfish), this poison beauty was sketched and inked traditionally, then modified and colored digitally with my mouse. Fish was not given a gender in this drawing, ad the winning art will be modified to become exactly what Sirfy is looking for
Sirfy said: "No "fish faces" meaning the head is the shape of a fish. That's just...kind of lame looking x3 I'm also a huge fan of big-finned fish. Lots of finnage catches my attention."
