Tika's elementalist powers always have been... tempestuous.
And unfortunately for her, strong emotions significantly heighten the power of her spells, pushing them beyond a degree where she actually has control over them anymore.

Unfortunately for everyone else, the emotion associated with her lightning powers is anger, of all things.
So if you see her in this state, you absolutely better run.

And pray there is a lightning rod nearby.
