got around to making sprites based on some of my chihuahua OCs. in my lore, they would be considered their own individual anthro species (inspired by the extinct version called the techichi), and have connections to the werewolf. this species has maintained a strong alliance with them since ancient times, serving as comrades in battle, mutual messengers, and in some cases, even becoming apart of werewolf packs. *should point out btw my lore is inspired by mesoamerican culture and history, just need to do more research... but ultimately i think i might keep it mostly ficticious...

thanks to their small size, the chi would hide or travel within the manes of their werewolf comrades. In battle for example, if a werewolf became vulnerable, their allies would counter with a surprise attack, thanks to being concealed within their thick manes.

Unlike the werewolf, they are not shapeshifters, and are pretty much isolated from the human world.
