This is domino! He’s a little complex…

He’s not my character! He’s the character of one of my characters (if that makes sense). A character I’ve wrote, fern, draws cartoonish characters of his own, and this is his main one, domino.

Fern canonically adores cartoons and loves animation, so his artstyle is more toony then mine, and he designs his characters to be more silly, and rubberhose like.

It was definitely a bit weird to draw in a artstyle I’m not used to, and draw with certain things in mind i usually don’t, but it was fun!

Domino is inspired by old cartoons, glowworms (if you’ve seen those toys) and pool toys, which is a very neat little touch, since fern (his creator) is canonically autistic and has a few pool toys in his room that he uses like furniture for their texture, which he finds very sensory pleasing.

But dominos got it all! He glows, he can float! Be filled up with anything and basically be a storage container of sorts, plus he’s bendy, flexible, and very funny.

I really quite like the goober.
