Here's a link to my first OC, which I've been hinting at for a while now.
Here's some basic information (subject to change in the future):
NAME - Raya Roux
BIRTH DATE - April 12
BIRTHPLACE - Lumiose, Kalos
SPECIES - Simipour

HAIR - Blue (with yellow strand on right)

Raya is a kind and friendly girl, but a bit shy (despite this, she found herself a girlfriend).Also she may not look but she is quite strong;3.
