Palladium got access to Manhunter, a space game with Space kittys! when I saw this, I had to make one, so took an old character idea, created a sub species of Kirn.. an tah-dah!
Quinn is a trained "Smoker" Combat mage with a silly-fluffy side, he enjoys reading, growing roses, and pleasure.. an He likes Women.. an Men.. and yes...Oh, he also likes to dress up.. an will even where a dress!.. He sings at a club called "Our Lady of Perpetual Motion." a known Bordello in old Las Vegas.
