A low percentage of Ozol Sade's territory is actually Sadean, since they're an empire. In fact, they're technically South Sade, since the emperor doesn't have the north half.

This is one of the non-Sadean cultures in Ozol Sade, having more in common with the Tagrans than with the Sadeans (or the other adjacent Jagrian cultures).
