This would be one of the prominate locations within Dreadnaught Desert, a once lovely castle to a great kingdom, before it became twisted and corrupt by its queen, who enslaved and outright abused any creature that woefully caught her interest, such as the poor healing caps who would become under her "care" the tainted sherooms. Now without its queen, at least it seems, the "castle" now lays as only a dungeon of twisted desiers, corruption and torture. If one is to venture, prey at the least if anything should find you, it would be the tainted sherooms, for they are the only creatures who wish no harm to any traveler.
