Well... it's not a finished work and I think it never will, I haven't time for that. Sorry for the bad quality, I hope you like it anyway.
It's the first time I draw Vixy Reinard and James McCloud , Fox McCloud's parents.
Hard to draw Vixy... We have few informations about her and just one pic in a comic (I don't really like it by the way). I made a lot of research and sketches to decide what she looks like... the mother of the hero's appearance and character are inevitably influenced Fox.
Vixy must looks like a mother (kind, strong) but sufficiently attractive to be a charismatic wife for James.
I also try to respect the comic and give her the famous similarity with Fara . Tell me if you like her like this or not.
I made other sketches of Vixy (and JamesXVixy), I will submit it in one pic.

Aw, now this is.... wow. Just wow. This is beautiful.
Seriously, WHY can't there be more pics associated with Star Fox along these lines as opposed to the usual smut we seem to get?
Especially since there is so little work done of Vixy, to the point where she's even less known than the most obscure characters like Miyu and Fay.
Artwork is ALWAYS so much better when it respects the characters involved in a way that feels loyal to their history and portrayals. And this piece is probably among the best I've seen in a long time.
