Minerva Delcy was born in Hisui her family was part of large family who run businesses her side of the family was know as the Delcys a small but powerful off shot of the Kangaskhan who mostly work in Hisui she choose to work for the Navy that was basically owned by Hisui so getting in was fairly easy for her In her youth she was a renowned trouble maker to her family and those around her once she joined she become a Marine As a Marine she was quite confident her fellow marines note that she is very reliable, indicating she was likely a very effective member of the Marines she was highly skilled however she would end up getting a wound that make it so she could not have any kids of her own not that she mind she was loyal to her work she often be send to deal with "wars" if you could even call them that given the world had been so peaceful for sometime they mostly small fights and such as well dealing with Outlaws and pirates but she would work with each kingdom local own Navy forces if needed

Finding her children
One day she was send to grass kingdom fight some pirates causing trouble there as one of it two kings was asking for aid as they well dig in often of times the Navy gets call in before Hisui will send it own forces if needed but on her way she saw on her ship one of the Hisui royals they not hard to miss most of them are Zoroarks and they normally wear a Baneful Mask or something base on it as they wear it to honour the Galaxy Team hero form the human era form what she understand he was there to oversee this mission once they gotten to the village they taken over The fight was bloody, leaving many dead and destroying the village which the two sides were fighting in. As Minerva lay over the city's ruins wounded, tired and hungry, she decided that it was alright to let herself die there and then. However, just as she was giving up and letting herself go that when she spotted them 3 Bunearys seeing them she put them in her pouch and made her way to safely to a near by town she put them under her care for a while she try to look for their mother as she knew deep down the mother is likely alive but oddly the Hisui royal who was over seen everything was no where to be found while they did win she knew something was off and she couldn't leave those kids so she would take them in as her own and live in the Grass kingdom retiring form that life so she can put her full time into caring for them

Raising Velvet, Ron and Torrie
She loved the 3 of them and hope to give them the best life's she could even as a mother she retains some of her mischievous nature something all 3 pick up Velvet most of all as when they get into trouble Minerva often joked she pay "with her body" something Velvet pick up on making her the Lop she is she was sure to make sure they get the best education however she still occasionally acts impulsively like hitting them but she all ways means well and is very supportive of them like when Velvet become a Explorer and form Team Charm she fully support her she all so support Ron when he become a Explorer even if he was a bad apple she often wonders where she gone wrong with him but still loves him as for Torrie she wanted to be a Explorer too but later when she change to wanting to be a singer she told her to follow her heart and that she all ways support her she love to hear her songs and much to her surprise each of them not only keep writing letters to her but even sending her money Velvet even send her a Team Charm Robe she had made just for her along with diaper packs of her Team Charm diapers that she now all ways wears this made her happy seeing how big of a name Valvet has become Ron too just not for the right reasons and Torrie all so making a name for her self in music thanks to Melody and she knew her kids be safe as she her self did train them for a while

Missing daughter
One day she noticed that Torrie had stopped writing to her this was very unlike her she never misses a letter to her that when she knew though her mother instincts something had happen to her she gets her old rifle and headed to the Butterfly kingdom where she last said she was she search the kingdom for her even calling on some old contacts of hers form her days in the Navy to try to find her by chance she run into Oberon she ask him about Torrie and when he try to brush her off acting impulsively she punched him right in the face hard sending flying though a wall some of his guards try to attack her but she quickly over powered them when Oberon got back up and more guards show up he try to attack her out of anger but she acrobatically managed to pin Oberon on the ground and place a rifle in his mouth, before he or anyone in his guards could react she told him to never brush her off as she told him her name and her old rank this shock everyone there as she very well known and then he told her she is the mother of Torrie and that punch was for Velvet when he try to throw himself onto her this shocked him now knowing she all so the mother she ask again if he knew what happen to her daughter but he told her he knew noting that when she warn him that if she finds out he lying and has done something to Torrie she make him wish she shoot him she got off him and gone on her way to keep searching for Torrie

Crownreef
For years she search but come up with nothing she couldn't find their mother and now she can't find Torrie she felt heart broken she felt she failed as a mother that when Velvet reach out who too been looking for Torrie when she can she had retired form being a Explorer and now is one of Crownreefs High Captains she ask her to move into Crownreef so she can better care for her given her age and know she be safe she could not turn her down so moved into Crownreef thanks to Velvet being a High Captain she got Ramus to get her a nice home in the city she would take on a job of being a caretaker at the castle and help look after Ramus kids she become beloved by them and plans to open her own Daycare in the city one day with help of shiny Dragonite name Mary she had met and become close to she be known as the Charming mother thanks to her ties to Velvet and all so ever so often help out Ramus knights with their training she now try's to live a peaceful life as she too old she lets the young handle things like Velvet even when the Swia war happen she stay in Crownreef to help keep it safe however happy to see her and Ron return after the war she still searching for Torrie and not rest till she bought home.
