Because he makes it the only way that Dunkin' Donuts teaches/allows them to make it. They have very strict standards for quality control (more so for consistency than the better-than-average quality).

Admittedly, about the only coffee I can stand to drink is after it's been horribly mutilated with milk/creamer and sugar enough to be halfway to coffee ice cream (might as well get a caramel coffee Coolata). Decaf helps the flavor (can't stand the bitterness, especially that from the caffeine). I'm a horrible person, I know.
It's all much less necessary to mutilate it so badly if it's been brewed CORRECTLY using the BEST POSSIBLE METHOD OF COFFEE BREWING EVER.
i speak of course of the Vacuum/Siphon method. IT'S THE ONLY WAY TO BE SURE. And it's really fun to watch.
