If Ace worked she would work at a coffee shop as a barista. They don’t work cause he spends her time taking care of Clover and after an accident while Jazz was on deployment where Ace had been unconscious for 3 days and was only discovered by a mailman who heard Clover’s hoarse sobs (due to screaming and crying for like 3 days cause his daddy wouldn’t wake up as well as dehydration) Ace and Jazz made the decision that Jazz would become Ace’s at home care giver. On most days Ace is able to take care of themself and Clover but some days when he feels too weak to get out of bed or in too much pain (she gets more fatigued than in pain) Jazz will do more. Jazz does the chores tho Ace does cook sometimes and they take care of Clover pretty independently most days. I try to do my best in writing him as a disabled character. The thing is her disability is made up as it’s a lack of magic.
