Aaand here's a pic of a lesser-known foxy captain who appeared in only two episodes total in the original cartoon. I made her hair dark brown instead of the blonde patch like in the series, which looked off since she had a dark fur color.
In my idea, her backstory has changed-in the cartoon she was a slave who organized a secret resistance group to set free other slaves and sabotage the factory, who was, despite her a bit gruff appearance, caring person-although she was easily agitated at first whenever someone would mention how Bucky will save them. In my project, she was born in a rich family, and had it all from the start-best teachers, best means of preparations, was incredibly successful at the Academy and graduated as the top student. Even as a captain of her own ship, she quickly made a reputation for herself-admired by mammals, feared by Toads. Vain, uppity and arrogant, borderline narcissist, she looked down on Bucky and his crew, thinking of them to be nothing more than watchdogs whose only job is to bark when a rock is tossed at them, and wondered why did Jenny decide to stick with them despite being one of the top 5 graduates. However, despite her arrogant attitude towards others, she cares for her crew-although she hides this fact with her strict, somewhat nasty and authoritative behavior.

Well, in the cartoon and comic, United Animals Coalition only had enough funds to get three ships. In my idea the fleet is much, much bigger and better organized, and they do their job well. Mimi may be arrogant and thinking highly of herself, but it's for a reason-she IS among the best and most efficient commanders.
I'm not trying to punch holes in your take on "Bucky O'Hare" (BOH). It does sound like the UAC/SPACE, if shaping up to be a more anthro version of Star Trek's UFP and Star Fleet. What you actually intend should be more apparent as you series goes on. After all, the main threat was Komplex and the Toad Army.
At this point, I just can't get past seeing the SPACE as being weighed down with egos like Mimi's, even if she is among the best of the best, there are those who would certainly think as highly yet not be worthy of such.
So I am looking forward to more. These has been very good so far. I look forward to seeing Your take on the toads and how you approach them.

Recipe for my version of Toads?
-take out the goofiness, but not totally. This idea is going for a bit darker depiction of Toads, but there will be a few screwups here and there.
-add competence.
-leave the baboonphobia. However, much like in the cartoon, they sometimes come up with something that might temporarily rid them of that fear.
-increase the lethal factor in battle and fanatic obsession over the goal of purging the Aniverse of "mammal threat"
-far better organized and careful about their tactics.
-no civilians. Adults join the military or work in factories, while young ones are brainwashed at very early age and taught how to kill.

So you changed Mimi from a hard worker whose efforts to effectively lead were stymied by her constantly getting compared unfavorably to Bucky to her being a spoiled rich girl? That's... quite a step down in terms of characterization. Oh well. At least you spelled her surname correctly (which is more than the Web Series did) and kept her design mostly the same.
