This was one of my last projects in art class. this took me about half a quarter to complete since i could only work on it in class. The was painted on a piece of silk.

Aspiring traditional artist is right!
There is a lot of bright colors on this silk and a beautiful fabric to paint this on. It would be really great to add more detail to this piece. You have some good shading technique with the rocks and landscape. It might be too early to use some more techniques than just the basics, but hey, this is a learning experience! Great job Yume!
