XD Blue asked the exact same thing.
As both the TekTeks were female and
both subjects in my pose refs were female
and Azu never mentioned otherwise, I went with two girls.
Maybe one had a boy and one had a girl?
Drawing that couple would have made a bit more sense, but whatever.

Thank you. I love how the patterning turned out too.
And hurray for mistakes because the stripes on the tiger
turned out way better the second time I drew them.
