Left to right:
Bix Wheelie (badger) - a showboating douchebag who thinks he's hot shit because his dad owns a hardware store.
Wendo (i'm guessing some kind of weasel) - a girl who will stop at nothing to make sure you know she's not impressed with you, unless you save her from a fire, in which case she's pretty cool.
Toof (beaver, I'm pretty sure) - probably the nicest of the three, and probably the most technically proficient too.

Nice work! Bix reminded me of somebody I knew at school, who (at least at the time) was a bit of a prat up his own backside. Also, last year I learnt from one of the show's former animators (Gerard De Souza) that Wendo was a charicature on one of the animators, Wendo Van Essen, who was apparently kind of a punk rock chick! XD
Ah yes, I remember this episode, not one of my favorites. I remember the deadpan one who was like "Oh yeah, sure, wow". Bix was kind of strange to me. He's described as being a badger but his design made me think skunk or something-probably the tail. *shrugs* Maybe I'm just off.
