I understand this feeling. From just one bit of self hating, so much more will end up pouring out. The mind just needs one spark of self hate to start spewing out so many more reasons that you either consciously knew and ignored or never realised before.
Sometimes we need support, sometimes we need to just give in. Theres different ways to cope but sometimes we can't do anything but just stand there and take it, to make that our life, our existence for however long those feelings reside with us. :(

Even though it was used only to vent it is a very well done piece, if I may say so, most vent arts look like crayon scribbles of how someone feels at the moment you captured how someone feels a lot of the time and you took those feelings, transformed them into lines and colors for yourself or others to see the truth of it all....

I don't know if this makes sense to you but it does to me, and you have a good work of art here, sad as it may be.
