Stevan was originally created because I wanted a sergal version of my protogen, however he has evolved into so much more, so when I requested a ref for him by  Mitery22 and they proposed some changes, I felt he absolutely deserved it

Now for those interested in the lore:

Stevan, a failed experiment to clone the son of Dr. Richmond (the head of Black Oak Labs.) Initially all was going well, until a mislabelled sample got mixed into his DNA. This sample was the genetic code of Steven, a protogen. This should have resulted in a complete failure of the process, however Stevan pulled through, with a few noticeable issues. Five fingers, odd ears, and a few other minor things. All of these were signs of his underlying genetic instability. He would need to take several rounds of medication to help stabilize the mess that was his genetics. Richmond, enraged at the failure, lashed out. He was emotionally and physically abusive to what he saw as the one who took his last chance to see his son. Eventually Stevan would escape his creators carving out a life of his own until one day he grew sick. No doctor could figure out what was wrong with him. As his condition worsened he was left with no choice but to turn to Richmond. The two would reconcile, Richmond helping him with more medication to stop his unstable genetics from killing him. More time would pass before Stevan would notice his pinkies starting to shrink. Concerned that his genetics were starting to kill him again, he rushed to Richmond. After a ton of tests it was found that Steven's genetics weren't killing him. The opposite actually. They were beginning to stabilize on their own, shifting more towards sergal in the process. In time his body would change; he lost a finger on each hand, his ears shifted, even his fur would change but none of that mattered to him. He was finally free of his genetic issues.
