Oukoila is a dragoness of a rather noble and scholarly upbringing. Dedicating her early years to studying civil engineering. Learning everything from the construction of modest hovels and roads to the construction of grand castles and bridges. The work fascinated her and she quickly grew interested in the work. Attending local academia and eventually joining a widespread masons guild in her kingdom. As she matured, she began to grow bored of the work. She wanted to build more extravagant, and functional infrastructure, but the materials at her disposal were simply far too inferior. It wouldn't be long until the dragoness would think to tap into her draconic powers and use her magic to make up for her material's and tool's shortcomings.
