While exploring an office biome (separate from the one that the Business Office set up shop in), T'Lyn has a run-in with a disoriented and incredibly aggressive Orb Piercer. Without the Abyss' force field to sense the beast has begun running wild through the empty office complex, and unfortunately T'Lyn only brought a tricorder with her to this strange world.
Around the same time Lilith stumbles into the scene. After nearly getting a face full of Orby spikes she and T'Lyn make a break for it. It's then that Lilith remembers the bubble gun that she brought with her, and subsequently puts a (temporary) stop to Orby's rampage.
Trixie was in Lilith's backpack the entire time. She'd brag about surviving an Orb Piercer attack later, but at the time she was practically scared witless of the nightmarish creature.
