Ah, Vice, an interesting case. A lot of the time, Vice ends up being an afterthought for the story, but at the same time, he's probably one of the most important characters. I have his personality technically set, but he can be pretty inconsistent. I'll iron this out before releasing the story, but in the meantime, he's a mystery, even to me. He's another character who hasn't really seen any design changes either, the only thing that does change a lot is the way I draw his jacket. Personality wise (atm), he's kind of a psychopath? He doesn't feel much remorse for the things he does and he knows how to push someone's buttons, but he's a bad person who does some good things. I won't say too much now, but his work is extremely important for the story, and is vital if they wish to understand the threat they're all facing. And yes, he's a smiley character, but not just for the sake of it, he tends to bare his teeth like that when he's either excited or greatly distressed.
