Her eyes opened slowly as Fia gave a stretched yawn as she found herself standing in an ever familiar place, gazing outward at the peaceful silence.
Ever since she was a little squeak, this place had always existed, it was always waiting for her when sleep took her if she wasn't peering in on the dreams of others. A vivid realm of colors with the sky mimicking her own fur. The moon that hung high in the sky was identical to the one that substituted the barb at the end of her tail and cast its pall glow over everything as a warm, night-time breeze blew through her fur.
Goddess of Dreams was such an expansive and important role to fulfill. Even if she wasn't the only one who controlled this sphere of godhood, her mother being one of the Primal Deities who wrote the laws of reality made her one of the strongest, and she had yet to even embrace her full potential. But she knew dreams can regulate themselves without her direct intervention all the time, and that's why she had this place - had always, had this place to retreat to when she needed to get away from ensuring good dreams and destroying nightmares.
She stepped through the tall grass at her ankles, high enough smaller people would have trouble working their limbs through it, and put her hand to her chin as she observed the floating islands. "Let's see... tonight I'll dream of..." She mused to herself as she began to move a hand about, her fingers flexing in sequence as the islands reorganized themselves, the shapes and structures of the buildings changing to fit something she found more aesthetically pleasing. When it had finished, the islands were left drifting free of any gravity, and Fia herself cast her hand out, a glimmer of magic summoning up a long chaise couch, and then falling back on it.
With a smile she looked out among the drifting landmasses and the glittering sky and gave a happy sigh. She could do anything she wanted here - she could defy the slipperiness of words in dreams to re-read books she had once read, even if she couldn't remember them, or she could listen to music she had heard even if she didn't remember the lyrics. She could summon up illusions of the people she'd met, or the dreams she'd interacted with in the past. And if she did want a change of scenery, she could alter how the landmasses looked; she had made this realm everything from air bubbles floating in endless oceans, to jungles so thick even the best pathfinder would be lost. The only constants she never changed was the glittering sky and the moon that sat in it.
Dreamers that fell asleep with her could come to this place by invitation, with the acknowledgement they'd be completely at Fia's whims in this space she had full control over, as a show of trust to those who had it. But for tonight, this place would continue to be her private sanctuary, where the soft, motherly Zorgoia could get away from it all until the cresting sun told her it was time to leave.
Finishing off the backlogged Fia pieces with this one that was freshly finished up.
Fittingly, as the original adopt set that she was part of, we've always imagined Fia's personal dream world looking very similar to the Dream Weavers homeworld from the Spyro remakes, and we felt like it was a good time to finally commission something to show this off!
For Fia nothing else would do but to have her own private sanctuary in her own mind be a quiet and peaceful place, locked to a glittering night sky but with everything (and everyone, if she has visitors) at her whims and desire, every part of reality itself something for her to weave and shift to let her wind down from all the various stresses and activities of the waking world.
Safe to say, Corrie could not have nailed this concept better, to the point it almost feels like she may have been able to see Fia's world herself.
Fia belongs to me.
And this amazing artwork is by

...I made myself relaxed to the point of tired writing this one.
