This bitch has been the Big Bad in various arcs of various campaigns I've run. Just whenever I need a scary drow matron mother to Cause Problems, she's played that role real well. She's the sort of who never raises her voice, always is very polite and well spoken, and will very politely explain the most horrific things. She'd really rather make allies than enemies, but this is always with the understanding that She is the one in charge, and that she expects her allies to be competent and to get results. If you're incompitent... well... you won't last.

If I ever run a campaign set in the underdark, then she'd likely be the BBEG, but so far she's been relegated to being the villainess of specific arcs.
