One day in Paris, under a bright winter sun, two adventurous girls discover a mysterious kaiju in a limestone cave on the outskirts of the city. After taking some photos, the girls must flee from the creature and reveal its existence to the world.
Meanwhile, Kazuya investigates the creature's images using fossil records, but his real desire to go to Paris is to spend romantic time with his giant friend Chizuru Kong and another giant girl as Chizuru's companion. The two giantesses engage in some affectionate displays, though Kazuya isn't ready to join in until the mysterious kaiju emerges from the cave. Chizuru and Ruka prepare to fight, while in space, Queen Ghidorah prepares for her long descent to Earth to confront the two giantesses.
