Super late reply! Appears to be halfway in between OCR-A and OCR-B. OCR-B would be a good choice that would come close to matching while still being human readable. Download the Truetype font here: http://www.azfonts.net/load_font/ocrb.html (the OpenType font at the top has less symbols, so make sure to grab the TrueType font at the bottom)
