I wanted to do something for the Year of the Horse, and considering I recently decided to make Reginald the Keldeo my Pokésona, I figured I'd finally draw him again. :D
It was a rather normal day in Castelia City until crime happened, as expected in the big city. Luckily, our rookie police officer friend Reggie is on the case!
He can't really run normally with those hooves. However, as a Keldeo, he can fire water from his hooves, and thus he elegantly skates along the ground similar to Shadow the Hedgehog with his Air Shoes. How nifty! :D
